At Marine Henrion, we want our products to be made according to an exemplary and eco-responsible ethic. Why use products coming from the other side of the world when we have here, in France, a remarkable and recognized know-how in textile manufacturing? For these reasons, and many others, our clothes and accessories are entirely made in France, in a garment workshop in the Lyon region for the ready-to-wear, and in Paris for all the chokers.
Marine Henrion is a brand that gravitates around the traditional fashion circuit from which it wants to emancipate itself. By adopting a non-seasonal rhythm and thus limiting the pollution generated by the release of new collections every six months, it’s meeting the challenges of our time. As much in an ecological approach as in a creative one, we prefer to imagine new pieces around a universe that evolves with its time and the designer’s inspirations. Once or twice a year, new clothes and accessories come to complete the previous collections, forming a harmonious line in perpetual evolution.
Neoprene, the main material of our ready-to-wear collections, is manufactured in the Lyon region by the Guigou company. We chose it for its incredible softness, its technical qualities – it keeps warm in winter, breathes in summer and complies with the OEKO TEX Standard label – and its perfect fit. The leather for our chokers comes from Italy, while the PU we use for our coats and bobs is 100% recyclable. To find out how to care for our materials, see the tab below.
Limited quantities and pre-orders
Always with a sustainable approach, Marine Henrion only has pieces from its collections produced on a “made-to-order” basis or in limited quantities – particularly for accessories and best sellers in the ready-to-wear collections. Why ? Because this allows us to adjust production as much as possible and avoid over-supply, which would not correspond to our ecological and ethical requirements – over-supplied clothing is often destroyed by large groups, producing enormous pollution.
“Made to order” purchases implies a longer production and delivery time (10 to 15 days), but it avoids creating a garment that will remain orphaned.
To take the best care of your Marine Henrion clothes and accessories, here is our advices:
– for our neoprene clothes, prefer the dry-cleaning , especially for white parts or if the garment is very dirty or stained. Otherwise, machine wash them at 30 degrees on a delicate cycle (do not tumble dry them, this may damage the material and shrink your garment!).
– for our polyester crepe clothes, machine wash at 30 degrees on a delicate cycle (do not tumble dry).
– for our neoprene head-band, wash the dirty area by hand, with Marseille soap or mild soap.
– for our leather chokers, wash the dirty area by hand, with Marseille soap or mild soap.
– for our PU parts, sponge the stain and use soap, if necessary.
For most of our ready-to-wear pieces, it is possible to place special orders, where the buyer can personalize his garment, ranging from the color of the topstitching to the adaptation of the model to his measurements (for an additional fee). For more information, click here to send us your request.
About our facial masks
Which fabric are used for our masks ?
Our facial masks are made of neoprene (outside), a non-woven filter (inside) and an organic cotton lining (inside). Our neoprene is anti-humidity and anti-microbial, in addition to conforming to the OEKO TEX Standard 100 label, our non-woven filter is waterproof and anti-microbial, while our organic cotton jersey has ProECO® (GOTS) certification, as well as the SILVADUR™ technology that allows it to be anti-microbial, anti-odor and hypoallergenic.
How effective are our masks ?
Our masks are not medical devices. They do not replace either surgical or FFP2 masks, or barrier gestures in limiting the spread of Covid-19. They are nevertheless more effective than simple “general public” masks with two layers of tissue. At the slightest deterioration (deformation, hole), do not hesitate to throw it away (rest assured, our masks are made to last).
How take care of our masks ?
Our masks are best washed in the washing machine at 60 degrees with your usual detergent (do not add fabric softener). Dry it in a tumble dryer or, failing that, in the open air, then iron it if possible.

When you purchase on our e-shop, you will receive a first e-mail confirming your order, then a second e-mail confirming its shipment, with its tracking number.
In general, in stock orders are sent within 2 to 3 working days, and then take 2 to 4 working days to arrive at their destination. This time may vary depending on the place of delivery. Pre-orders can take 1-2 weeks to manufacture and are usually delivered in 2-4 business days.

You have 14 working days following the delivery of your order, and it is not possible to return face masks and special orders. You will find in your package a return label (Colissimo) allowing you to return the item that does not suit you. The return shipping costs are at the unique rate of 6€ and are at the buyer’s charge.
